Ranbir Willing To Stretch Himself

This is probably a role that even his talented father Rishi Kapoor would envy him for. Actor Ranbir Kapoor, the latest teenage heartthrob just seems to be moving from strength to strength. The actor who is currently shooting for 'Anjaana Anjaani', will be seen this year in films like Prakash Jha's 'Rajneeti'. The actor is featuring high on the list of many directors who are keen to work with him.

One of the directors is definitely Imtiaz Ali, who has worked with actors like Abhay Deol, Shahid Kapur and Saif Ali Khan. Another director very keen to work with Ranbir is Anurag Basu. The director who still awaits the release of his latest 'Kites', starring Hrithik Roshan, Barbara Mori and Kanganai Ranaut, is ready to start work on his next movie which will have Ranbir playing the role of a deaf and mute. The film is supposed to be a romantic thriller and Ranbir will be cast opposite two heroines in the movie. One of them is said to be Asin, while the other is yet to be finalised. This will be the first time that Ranbir will be playing such complex character. It seems that actor was a little hesitant initially but was coaxed by Basu to sign on the dotted line
