After Hrithik, Anurag Basu to direct Abhishek
The latest news to hit the scene is Anurag Basu's decision to cast Abhishek Bachchan in the lead for his next film which will be produced by none other than good friend Goldie Behl (who last directed DRONA starring Abhishek Bachchan).
After his latest KITES Anurag Basu is ready to take on filming at an even bigger scale with support of producer Goldie Behl.
Reveals a source, "Hrithik required his father to back the KITES project and now Abhishek's close friend Goldie will produce his next .The film will be directed by Anurag Basu."
We come to hear that the role was sketched out specifically keeping Abhishek in mind and is Basu's biggest project till date.
"The movie will be Anurag's most ambitious project till date. It truly has a genius script," adds the source
The film will be shot in exotic locations with never seen before visuals and a lot of work will go into Abhishek's look for the film as well.
"Goldie Behl is leaving no stones unturned for the film. This is a dream project and will be Anurag Basu's best work till date," adds the source
With this project Goldie Behl and Abhishek Bachchan will take their friendship one step further.
