Deol's Real Video Concern

The bearded Casanova earns footage for his romantic links and…… unlikely choice of projects too. Trust Abhay Deol to lavish attention on the right project. 'Video Volunteers' have found a staunch and passionate ambassador in Deol.

"They've been doing great work for the poor as far as community videos are concerned," opines Deol. "Whether it's a driver, a mechanic, a housewife or a farmer, they are all given a chance to come forward and create a video of their choice, highlighting the topic and problems they wish to draw attention to."

Elaborating further Deol adds, "Recently, we created a video about sexual harassment and the Government has given them a helpline number for those who are victims of it. Certain areas in Mumbai did not have water, we created a video about it and the problem is now being addressed. When I sign a film I do want to bring forth an issue and effect some change in our society. Our community videos have the same goal and that's why I'm supporting them heartily."
