Adoor and Mammootty are together again

The avant-garde internationally acclaimed director Adoor Gopalakrishnan and his favourite actor Mammootty are together again after a gap of 17 years!
They are all set to do a film this year for which shooting will start in August.Adoor and Mammootty go a long way back. They have done outstanding films like Anantaram (1987), Mathilukal (1990), and Vidheyan (1993).
Two of Mammootty's National Award’s for best actor are for Adoor films: Mathilukal and Vidheyan.
