Post his 2007 winner 'Taare Zameen Par,' Darsheel, 13, is expressly excited about 'Bumm Bumm Bole.' "I had a lot of fun shooting for it," reveals Darsheel in a media chat. "Earlier, it felt funny because we were talking to a green Chroma screen! But I started liking it later."
Apart from the Priyadarshan flick, Darsheel is keenly looking forward to his Walt Disney movie 'Zokkomon'.
"I'm playing a superhero and I'm called Zokkomon in the film," he says. "It's an action adventure film and I can't wait to see how it will come across on screen, because I had great fun shooting for it."

"I feel so disappointed when I see such rumours floating around APARTMENT", says Tanushree who was recently seen as a possessed female in horror thriller ROKKK and saw some good critical appreciation coming her way, "I am also so worried about how to face people from media or industry in general because I may be asked some really uncomfortable sounding questions. When a horde of journos attack you of nowhere, it really scares me and bogs me down."
For someone who has worked in limited projects ever since her debut five years back with AASHIQ BANAYA AAPNE and CHOCOLATE, Tanushree is understandably particular about her screen image.
"Am I here to work in films dealing with subjects centred on sex? Am I indulging into fights with my co-stars all the time? Come on, at the end of the day I have to safeguard my image as well. My credibility as an actor is also associated with a film and it is not fair for me, who has worked so hard so far, to be getting dragged into something like this", fumes Tanushree, "Give me some credit for my work, talk about the way I have approached my character. Pepsi The Game brought to life the fun of gaming through TV advertising throughout this cricket season. Set in a fantasy world, all the action took place in a castle owned by the 'Game Master' played by Sanjay Dutt who challenged Youngistaani, Ranbir to get a bottle of Pepsi from his lair.
'The Game' was played over five films with three levels, each ending with a brainteaser. As Ranbir came closer to his Pepsi, over 5 million responses poured in from viewers nationwide to help him. Over 1.2 lac Youngistaanis cleared all three levels with Ranbir and got an opportunity to win Rs. 50 lacs by taking the final tie breaker slogan challenge. Ranbir along with a panel of judges chose the final winner who had the most quirky and WOW answer.
The final question that was posed to those who cleared all three levels was, "Ad mein Ranbir, Game Master se jeetne ke baad kehta hai, 'Pepsi bhi gayi, sexy bhi gayi'. Agar aap Ranbir ki jagah hote toh Game Master ko haraane ke baad kya kehte?"

Many Bollywood stars had remained tight-lipped during the recent row between Shah Rukh Khan and the Shiv Sena. But the superstar said Saturday it was for the good as their reactions would have only aggravated matters.
The actor's remarks about the inclusion of Pakistani players in the Indian Premier League (IPL) had sparked negative reactions from the Shiv Sena in Mumbai. The party even threatened to ban his latest film 'My Name Is Khan' in India's entertainment capital, but Shah Rukh emerged unscathed.
Asked about how he felt when most industry members stayed away from commenting about the issue even though some did so on microblogging site Twitter, Shah Rukh told reporters: 'It wouldn't have subsided the issue. Rather it would have fuelled it.'
Shah Rukh visited Cinemax theatre in Versova and Fun Republic in Andheri here for promoting his film. He has put two graffiti walls there and asked the people to write about the changes that they would like to see in the world.

Director Vipul Shah wanted to film an integral part of 'Action Replayy' in which Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was to sport the "aged look" for the flick. And Shah was expressly clear that he didn't want the media or eager shoppers to have a sneak peek at Ash.
Initially, Shah intended to cordon off the entire mall in order to guard Ash's 'look'. The considerate Ash, though, opined that he should only segregate the mall section they were shooting in.
As the shoot progressed, and word got around, fans and admirers trooped into the mall. Ash covered her visage completely, in between shots. And once the scenes were filmed satisfactorily… a stunning Ash emerged to click keepsake snaps with her throng of fans.
Reportedly, lucky fans were shot in close to 250 pics with "the most beautiful woman in the world."

He's being framed! And what's worse… it's on an eerie note too. Shreyas Talpade gears up to send a spine chilling shiver up collective spines with Sangeeth Sivan's 'Click.' Reportedly, the movie is an "inspired" version of the Thai horror drama 'Shutter'.
"I'm playing a fashion photographer who clicks the pictures of top models," reveals Shreyas. "But he notices that apart from the models, there is something else too in the frames! What happens thereafter is how the film unfolds.
Adds he, "The movie is essentially a love story with the element of horror thrown in. Normally horror films don't have songs, but this one has and each one of them has been picturised well. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of making this film. I feel that you need a different kind of psyche to scare audiences, to create scenes that will have viewers at the edge of the seat."

It's their on-screen persona which may make you believe that they are not as intelligent. However, the fact is that they are indeed in control of their life; so let's not form any particular image of theirs in your mind. Everyone is trying to do his or her best here and you never know who surprises you with his/her next release."

Confirming the news, producer Shaira Khan says, "Initially, he told us that we should make five cheques to cover his fee for the project. But when it was time to actually hand them over to him, he took us by surprise. He told us to issue the cheques in the names of the charitable organizations."
Adds Shaira, "There is so much hearsay about Nana Patekar and the kind of person he is. But any such thoughts banished from my first meeting with him itself. For me, he is a sweetheart. He is great fun to work with. Shooting with him made us realize that Nana is a grossly misunderstood man. He will always remain an absolute delight for us."
Nana Patekar who plays a school principal in the PAATHSHALA was touched by the concept of the film which revolves around the pressures that children face at the hands of our Indian education system these days.
He felt it would be wrong to charge a fee for such a noble cause and thus decided to reach out to the less fortunate sections of society through donations.
Shahid Kapoor, who also plays a pivotal role in the film, has also refused to charge any remuneration for the film.
Well, given the current scenario of the problems surrounding the children, this gesture by Nana and Shahid has surely highlighted their support to the worthy cause.

Expelling Amar Singh from the Samajwadi Party (SP) could not have been party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav's decision, actor-MP Jaya Bachchan said Wednesday.
'I don't think the decision to expel Amar Singh from the party has anything to do with Mulayam Singhji. I think that he has been pressurised to take this decision,' Bachchan told NDTV, a day after her close friend Amar Singh was sacked from the primary membership of the SP.
'My association with Mulayam Singhji has always been open as he has always allowed party members to speak their mind and he has been democratic in his vision,' she added.
According to Bachchan, Amar Singh's views didn't go down well with party members.
'I think the kind of noises Amar was talking about was right. We have to modernise our way of thinking, we have to evolve and that is what he wanted to bring in the party. This incident is very unfortunate,' explained Bachchan.
'The problem is that he (Amar) speaks the truth and doesn't want to be called a typical politician,' she said.
The Rajya Sabha member also expressed her concern for Amar Singh, who underwent a kidney transplant last year.
'Right now, my prime concern has been Amar's health because for the past five years I have seen him working for the party. He used to forget sleep, food and think only about the party. He was way too obsessed with it.'
'It's just not this only. He has also suffered a lot for the party. When (Bharatiya Janata Party leader) Kalyan Singh was brought back in the party, all blame was put on him. Despite the fact that it was a party decision and not his only. But he was accused of this.'

Popular Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif Wednesday arrived fashionably late at an event here to collect an award for excellence in performing arts, but looking gorgeous in a green sari she more than made up with profuse apologies.
The British model-turned-actress was invited to collect her pending award for excellence in performing arts 2009 by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham). She could not take it last year as she was unwell that time.
While a source present at the function told IANS the 'flight delay' was the reason for her delay, Swati Piramal, Assoham president, had a different story to fill in the media with, before Katrina's arrival.
'Katrina was supposed to accept the award from Mrs. Vadra (Priyanka Gandhi Vadra). Mrs. Vadra was to come from Rae Bareilly but she has not been able to join because some political thing that has happened (there),' Piramal addressed reporters here.
'Now we are waiting (to know) if Katrina will accept the award from anyone other than Mrs. Vadra, as she is also very disappointed that Mrs. Vadra could not come,' she added.
Though a chunk of the media had already boycotted the event and left after two-and-half hours of wait, Katrina graced the ceremony three hours late.
Sporting a green sari and no jewellery, she tried to make up by apologising for the delay.
'I'd like to re-emphasise my most sincere apologies for the delay. There has been a little confusion here... Once again apologies for the delay,' said the 25-year-old, who was called Asia's most beautiful woman Tuesday by Femina magazine.
Apart from the award, she was also presented with a Patola scarf and a Mr. Gro perfume.
