Aagathan on February 12

Ace director Kamal's Aagathan, featuring Dileep, Sathyaraj and Charmi in the lead roles, will hit screens on February 12. The release of the film was being postponed by the makers so far to avoid a clash with Dileep's earlier release Bodyguard. The audio of Aagathan was launched at Avenue Regency hotel in Kochi recently. It has music by Ouseappachan and already, the song 'Manja Mazha Kattil..' is a chart-buster. Said to be an edge of the seat thriller with a terrific twist in the end, Aagathan marks the return of actress Charmi to Malayalam, after her rather unsuccessful stint in Vinayan's Kattuchembakam. Tamil actor Sathyaraj also makes his entry into Malayalam, playing a retired soldier. Zareena Wahab plays an important role in the film. Aagathan is produced by Mathew Joseph and Rafi Methar under the banner of Via Media Entertainment. Also in the cast are Biju Menon, Lal, Innocent, Babu Namboothiri, Silpa Bala, Shamna, Aswin, Ambika Mohan and Reena Basheer.
