Sajid Nadiadwala's flick has also aided in cementing the bond between the actresses. "Lara and I are both from Bangalore, and so there was camaraderie from day one," reveals Deepika in a tabloid inter phew.

"We come from similar backgrounds," states Lara in a media chat, "Like me, Deepika too was a model in Bangalore, so that was the common factor." Jiah, they aver, is the baby, and the duo are usually busy mollycoddling the saucy Khan.
