'Well Done, Abba' will bring forth the genius of Shyam Benegal, once again. And this time around, he's been bonding big time with… Sameer Dattani.
Reportedly, the actor and redoubtable director would get into intense discussions right after pack up was declared. Furthermore, Shyam 'babu', suitably impressed with Dattani's hard work and sincerity would often invite the young actor for dinner. And having satiated their foodie bone… they'd have looooooonggg talks.
The filmmaker prefers to dine early and Dattani would drop everything at the drop of a hat… and rush off at Benegal's bidding. Movie wrapped up, the Dattani dude is sorely missing those Benegal meals.
