Farah's SRK Line Gets Edit Axe

It's gonna be delete drama over a friendly line! Farah Khan, who's enacting a canny cameo as herself in director Milap Zaveri's 'Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai' has been spared some squeamish embarrassment by Zaveri.

Reportedly, a sequence in 'Jaane Kahan… has Farah yearning for Shah Rukh Khan, as a pal, and declaring "I miss you Shah Rukh". The reel lines for Farah were penned a year ago, when both SRK and she were close pals.

Zaveri, who's close to both Farah and her sibling Sajid, has opted for an apt step, keeping in mind the souring relations between SRK and her. The debutant director opted to lop off the line in FK's special appearance act.

"Farah is extremely special to me," states Zaveri in a newspaper chat. "Her cameo lights up my film and I would not do anything to make her feel offended."
