The Kerala State Chalachitra Academy has kicked off the activities associated with the fourth International Short and Documentary Film Festival of Kerala,by inviting entries to be screened on its competition section. Planned to be held in Thiruvananthapuram from July 1 to 5, 2011, the shirt film festival will have a National-level competition in documentaries (long and short), short fiction, animation,and music videos.A campus films competition restricted to students studying in Kerala is also in the plans. The last date for entries is May 25.
