Abhinaya touring theatre fete to begin tomorrow

Talking to newspersons here today, Thiruvanthapuram-based Abhinaya Theatre Research Centre Artistic Director M G Jyotish said "Cibscuebtuiys Bhagavadajjukam," a satirical play based on a 2,000-year-old Sanskrit text, "The Lesson," a cocktail of violence-psychological and physical comedy by Eugene Ionesco and widely acclaimed "Sagarakayaka" an adaptation of Ibsen's "The Lady from the Sea," were some of the other attractions this season.Muthoot Pappachhan Group, Taj Hotels and Palace and the State Bank of Travancore were the sponsors of the event by Abhinaya, comprising 40 artists, in eight districts, he added.
