Despite it being her second film with the director (after the hit film No Entry), her female co-stars, Sonam Kapoor and Rimi Sen, were given more screentime, much to Celina's dismay. Celina was also absent at the premiere of the film, as was Sonam, but while Sonam was excused due to an illness, Celina was taking a personal break in Dubai.Rumours state that the film suffered major losses as the cast could not match their dates up together with the rest of the cast as well as the shooting schedule. The lack of coordination led to male lead Akshay Kumar and Sonam having to rush through their scenes due to other commitments.
