Prateik's Premier Romance

The late Smita Patil's scion is generating quite a buzz in cinebiz. After kickstarting movies with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Rohan Sippy, Prateik is all set to greenlight his first full fledged romantic flick helmed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.

Currently canning the final schedules of 'Pan Singh Thomar' starring Irrfan Khan, director Dhulia aims to flag off shooting plans for the UTV produced flick once he's done with 'PST.' Centred around a village simpleton is set in Mumbai, Dhulia's flick will also be filmed in a few remote corners of India.

Reportedly, Dhulia was on the look out for an "innocent looking boy" and Prateik seemed to fit the bill rather well. Incidentally, the female lead for the full scale romance has yet to be finalised…
