Bala's Avan Ivan is getting ready for a big summer release. The film has Arya and Vishal in the lead. Janani Iyer, who plays a policewoman, is paired opposite Vishal who sports a different look.Says Vishal, “Sporting a squint and acting was no easy task. It was tough and I had to really stretch to play that role to perfection. Luckily for me, Arya, who is a good friend, supported me. And when the comfort levels of the lead actors are good, it reflects on screen. That is exactly what has happened in the case of Avan Ivan.
