The 83rd Academy Awards did not pack a surprise. But then that's not always a bad thing.The King's Speech and Inception tied with four Oscars each - with the British royal drama, about George VI's struggle to overcome his stammer, bagging the big four: best picture, best direction, best actor, best original screenplay. The sci-fi dominated the technical categories.
