The words ‘brimming with enthusiasm’ would be no exaggeration to describe Bharathiraja, the man who changed the face of Tamil cinema three decades ago. Times have changed, but changed not is the director’s optimism. After a break (his last venture in big screen was 'Bommalattam'), he is now ready to wield the megaphone again, for a film titled ‘Appan Aatha’. “It is the story of an innocent father and mother who hail from a village in Tamil Nadu,” he says.
