Aadukalam - Movie Preview

Dhanush-Vetrimaran are back with Aadukalam (meaning arena or playing field). Aadukalam, a contemporary, mainstream film set in Madurai, is about two generations and their ideologies. Vetrimaran stayed in Madurai for almost six months to prepare the screenplay and sought the help of a professor friend to write the dialogues in the Madurai dialect. Tapasee plays an Anglo-Indian girl and Dhanush's love interest. The movie will have a festival version (with no songs) that will be released directly in DVD. Aadukalam has superb music by G.V. Prakash which has been released by Sony Music. The film received an 'U' certificate from the Censor Board recently.
