Amala denies doing a Malayalam film

Amala Paul was the element of surprise in Mynaa and won accolades galore for her performance.
Last week there was news from Mollywood that she has signed Pritviraj's August Cinemas produced Indian Rupee, directed by noted director Ranjith. Amala said: "I was offered the role and given a script narration. It is a very good role, and the producers wanted immediate dates in July, but unfortunately it clashed with my Muppozhudhum Un Karpanai climax shoot. I would love to do a Malayalam films but right now my priorities are in Tamil."
