No more 'once upon a time' for Emraan Hashmi

It's confirmed. Emraan Hashmi won't be a part of the sequel to Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. Though it was announced that Akshay Kumar would be stepping into the shoes of Dawood Ibrahim for this Milan Luthria film, there were speculations around Emraan having a part to play in the sequel.
"It is going to be an entirely different cast for Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2", informs a source, "There were murmurs around Emraan stepping into the film for a few days to shoot a few flashback sequences. However, these speculations have turned out to be baseless. There never was any scope for Emraan to join the film from the very first day."
