T-Series sends legal notice to ETC for airing Patiala House videos

It's a well known fact that for publicly performing/ telecasting the audio songs, visual songs, audio-visual sound recording, repertoire, contents of any copyright owner, the permission and the necessary license is required to be obtained by the broadcaster for such communication, telecast and any violation of copyright amounts to the infringement of copyrights, which entitles the copyright owner to initiate civil as well as criminal action against the infringer.
