Vikram; Don or Police?

Ever since director Bhoopathy Pandian started his project with actor Vikram in the lead, there are many speculations about his role in the film. However, sources close to the unit say that the actor will play the role of a Don in the film. There are other rumours that this film is a police story and Vikram will play the role of a Deputy Commissioner again after Saamy. So which is right?
