Dhoom Music------- The first non stop Bengali Music Channel


“Dhoom Music” a new sizzling music channel was launched on Saturday at Rang Manch Hall in Swabhumi amongst a lot of razzmatazz. This is the first non stop music channel from Rose Valley Group. Present at the occasion were Srijit Halder, Head-Programming and Soumendu Das, Business Head of Dhoom Music.

Speaking on the occasion, Srijit Halder said that they are very excited at the launch of the channel. He continued that this channel with absolutely new packaging and presentation alongwith high definition graphics is for audience from all spheres of life.

The main objective of this newly launched channel is to give unlimited Bengali music to the music hungry viewers. Thus “lets gaan have fun” is the slogan of the channel. Though music is the soul of the channel but the format of the show is very interesting with humour being an important factor. There are six live animated characters like Madan Lal, Mr. Fultoo, The Topakul, Ms. Bhelki, Edo Kobi and Tunir Maa will entertain the viewers with their comic act. The channel aims to address mood and need of the viewers.

Versatile singer Babul Supriyo unplugged the evening by singing “Ferrari mon”. Rupam Islam and Anweesha also enthralled the audience with their musical talent. Dance performance by glamourous Rituparna Sengupta left the audience spell bound. The entire programme is hosted by Kaushik Bhattacharya and Arnabi.
