Reports say that Anjali Lavania, the popular model in the fashion and ad circuit who featured as The Kingfisher Calender Girl for March 2011, has been roped in to play the second heroine opposite Power Star Pawan Kalyan in his upcoming film The Shadow, directed by Tamil film maker Vishnuvardhan under the banner of Sanghamitra Arts and Arks Media Arts.Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music. Sarah Jane Dias is the main heroine. Adivi Sesh and Jackie Shroff play meaty roles. This is Vishnuvardhan's first Telugu film. According to the director, the film is set in mafia backdrop. The regular shooting is expected to start from the second week of May in Kolkata.
