Recently film maker Vikram Bhatt declared that he is not really looking for love any more. Though he does assure that he is not bitter about the feeling of love, especially after a couple of break ups which made headlines over the years gone by, the director of horror films like SHAAPIT, 1920 and RAAZ is sure that he doesn't need the constant presence of a woman to complete his life.

"I have realized that no one but you can complete yourself", says Vikram with a feeble smile. Adding in his own characteristic manner, he says, "It is actually nonsense to seek someone to be complete in life. Aise kyo hona chahiye? You can be single and still so complete. I am not at all unhappy in my current state and in fact raring to go as far as my personal and professional life is concerned."

A couple of years back when Vikram Bhatt had broken up with Ameesha Patel, he had refused to divulge into any details around what had actually transpired. Keeping his gentleman stand, he had continued to maintain cordial relationship with his ex-girlfriend, unlike some of the recent break ups that have seemingly taken an ugly route. In fact soon after his break, he was also in for a surprise when Ameesha had thrown a birthday party for him along with other friends.

He had denied getting into any gory details by counter asking a plain and simple question - "What's the point of going into the past and talking about why and when it happened?"

Today, he is single but neither has he closed himself from the outside world nor is he turning out to be a recluse. In fact he is cheerful and warm as ever and does strike a conversation with people around him in the same manner as it was in the past. Still, when it comes to the place for a woman in his life, he isn't standing close to a door and waiting for someone to pass by. "I am happy to be living life the way it is currently and don't intend to mould it any differently", says Vikram.

"However, I am not bitter at all. Why should I be? But now the love which comes to me has to be really special", he adds while looking forward to a new phase in his personal as well as professional life.

One wonders though if this the mark of a man who has matured with a passage of time after loving three women in his life for a major duration - his wife, Sushmita Sen and Ameesha Patel? It appears that he has just grown over love and is taking it rather easy with no strings attached.

"See, the matter of the fact is that I don't see myself reaching home in the night, feeling lonely and then getting the feeling that 'arrey yaar, its bad to be alone; I should rather hook up with someone'. Aisa nahi ho sakta. Yes, I will give love a chance but then it has to be indeed 'love'. Let that happen naturally", signs off Vikram.

Well, we would definitely wait, hope and pray.

Ash vs Sush. And this time around, Sush has sashayed right ahead! Farah Khan will make Sushmita Sen dance to her tune, quite literally. Earlier media reports hinted that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would be twirling to the tuneful 'apni toh jaise taise' from 'Laawaris' for 'Houseful'.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Khan, however, have slammed the reports stating that Sen had always been their maiden choice. Confirming the news of Sen's inclusion in a tabloid quote, Sajid states,"Farah will be choreographing the song number on Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal and Sushmita. Farah and Sush have an amazing chemistry and magic which could be spotted in 'Main Hoon Na'. Their songs had a certain sensuality and sexuality which I wanted to incorporate."

The 'Laawaris' chartbuster will be shot on a huge set in Mumbai and Aki Narula has crafted Sush's chic look which is "amazingly hot," as Sajid states."I couldn't take my eyes off her when I went to meet Sushmita for the song."

Sushmita Sen will be looking forward to this Friday as her film 'Dulha Mil Gaya' will be releasing. Ironically, her competitor at the box office will be another former beauty queen, Priyanka Chopra, whose 'Pyaar Impossible' is also set for a release this week.
Both Sush and Priyanka have been Miss India at different points of time. The difference though has been that Sushmita never managed to enjoy the kind of success at the box office as Priyanka is currently. In fact, Priyanka is easily among the top ranking actresses in the industry today. Very early in her career, the actress revealed her fair for histrionics which was noticed by the directors that matter. Today, she has makers like Ashutosh Gowariker, Vishal Bhardwaj and Madhur Bhandarkar on her resume. Sushmita has not been very lucky in her choice of films. Barring an odd 'Main Hoon Na', a 'Aankhen' or a 'Biwi No 1', she has never tasted the kind of critical or popular success as Priyanka has. But yet, even today, Sushmita carries an aura of a diva about her. It's got nothing to do with the number of films which have hit bull's eye, but something which is so intrinsically her. So, in a certain sense, there is really no competition, as both Sushmita and Priyanka have an entirely different appeal. While Sush will have Shah Rukh Khan and Fardeen Khan for company, Priyanka will be seen in the company of Uday Chopra. It remains, however, to be seen how the box office reacts to them. There is much at stake for both films. 'Pyaar Impossible' is crucial for Uday as it is his comeback venture. He hopes to resurrect his acting career with this movie, the script of which he has written himself. It will also mean a lot for Jugal Hansraj, the film's young director as it will be his first feature film post his animation film. As for 'Dulha Mil Gaya', it is an important film for producer Vivek Vaswani, who has managed to rope in SRK in a special appearance, to boost the fortunes of his movie. When he had signed SRK opposite Sushmita, he was obviously very influenced by their steaming jodi in 'Main Hoon Na'. It remains to be seen if Sush and SRK can revoke the magic of that movie. There is also Fardeen, whose career could do with a hit. Finally, there is director Mudassar Aziz who will debut with this film and will be hoping to get off to a winning start. However, ultimately, this Friday, it will be about Sushmita and Priyanka.
