An ex-contestant of reality show Bigg Boss said that the participants of Bigg Boss 4, Ashmit Patel and Veena Malik had sex during the show. If the claims are to be believed, Ashmit and Veena’s intimacy which was already known reached the extreme end with them having sex.The ex-contestant revealed this information on the condition that his/her identity will not be disclosed and said, "Most of the contestants were irked with all that Ashmit and Veena did in the house. Hum sab unke saath baith nahin paate thay. Everybody would feel awkward in their presence. Sirf gale milne jaisi sadharan baat nahin hoti thi. I remember, they were given the task to guard the diya kept near the swimming pool, and we saw them snuggling in the quilt. Us din zaroor kuch hua tha. And of what I've heard, many viewers felt the same. It was all so disgusting. One of the key reasons for my exit was their growing intimacy. I'd requested Bigg Boss to evict me from the show. I couldn't take it anymore."

Television star Ali Merchant claims that his wife, Bigg Boss 4 contestant Sarah Khan’s parents are lying about the couple’s marriage.

According to Sarah’s folks, the couple were already married to each other since 2008 and their much publicised marriage on television was just for show. However, Ali says though they were engaged before they got married recently.

He said, "I don't know why they (Sara's parents) are saying this (about them being married). The picture they are showing to the media is that of our engagement, not of our marriage. In fact, we got engaged twice - once in Mumbai and then in Bhopal."
