Popular Malayalam artist famous for his comic roles like the line-man in Meesha Madhavan or the drunken cowherd in Thenkasippattanam, Machan Varghese, passed away yesterday. The actor was fighting with cancer for quite some months at a hospital at Kozhikkod, when he breathed last. He was 50.
